After several years of experience as a media and communications professional, Sangeeta decided to pursue a career in career Counselling after a sabbatical. As a parent of school-going children, ambiguity around different education methods and approaches to learning led her to rediscover herself as a career counselor. She finds guiding students on career trends fulfilling and rewarding. Her persistence and urge to stay updated in the higher education space help her make informed decisions and identify areas that require support.

Helping students find their interests and potential and guiding them for admission into their dream universities is more than a job to Sandya - it’s her calling. She brings a valuable skill set and knowledge to the organization as a process and service excellence champion. With over 15 years of experience in teaching and school administration, she is apt at dealing with difficult situations with her infectious smile, enthusiastic approach, and positive outlook. As a certified career counselor and confidante to her students, she guides their path with care and needed objectivity.

Himani holds a double master's in Astrophysics and Clinical Psychology and is a seasoned educator. Formerly a soft skill trainer and an image consultant, she had over three years of experience as a corporate relationship manager in management schools before she ventured full-time into career and college Counselling. With her extensive experience in education and the corporate sector, she now empowers her students to achieve academic and career success. Her affable personality, friendliness, and wit make her a great team player and approachable counselor to her students.

After an enriching career as a fashion designer and stylist, Shital decided to pursue career Counselling a few years ago. There has been no looking back since then. She finds joy in mentoring and guiding students to their fullest potential. Her passion for art and literature influences her work and engagement with students. Her calm demeanor, meticulous planning, and attention to detail make her an extraordinary counselor. Besides work, she is a fitness enthusiast and inspires everyone on the team to stay fit.

Madhura, an engineer by qualification and a software trainer by experience, joined eduCROSSROADS as a Research and Data Specialist. Given her strong analytical mindset, she brings immense value to our work.
