A preliminary counselling session is an interactive session with parents and students to learn more about aspirations, expectations, academic and non-academic credentials, and the student's current profile. It is followed by a psychometric assessment and a detailed session. One session usually lasts about 90 minutes.
A psychometric test is a standardized assessment tool used to measure an individual’s natural aptitude, interests, personality traits, and cognitive abilities. We use the licensed tests based on MBTI and RIASEC theories.
This is a response-based scientific test. The final career recommendations are determined after the test results are analyzed and combined with the counsellor’s assessment of the student.
This online psychometric test generally takes 30 to 45 minutes. You do not need to prepare for the test. Just be honest and do not overthink.
